About Kate Schofield: I have been fortunate to travel and work as a model with top designers in Europe, New York, California and Utah since I was 15. I have always enjoyed photography and being photographed and started assisting fashion and commercial photographers when I was 18. With schooling in the field of photography I originally got started in it to take my own photos for my portfolio but lead to photographing aspiring models, then their weddings and other portraiture. I became a licensed photographer in 1996 opening Kate Schofield Photography and Video. My husband and I have ran our business since and have other artists that work for us when needed. I do have three children who keep me busy and get to play in front of the camera often. This has been a fantastic profession. Being able to be a stay at home mother and be able to create in my studio right at home. What a blessing.
